My name is Heather FitzHarris I am a licensed clinical social worker and life coach working with women to reduce anxiety, stress, worry, and self-doubt. Assisting women in their empowerment journey has always been a passion. I am honored to have been a therapist for nearly 15 years learning and growing in my ability to guide and support women as they transform their anxiety and self-doubt into empowerment, confidence, and peace of mind.
Utilizing knowledge, mindset, values, visualization, and goal setting, I assist women in developing an individualized relief plan to reduce and manage anxiety symptoms long-term. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy to bring about effective change.
Perhaps you experience anxiety sporadically, daily, or you’re in a constant state of exhaustion and tension. You may believe that you have no time for yourself and need to take care of everyone else. You feel exhausted each day from worrying and doubting yourself, your relationships, or life in general. You may feel irritable and have difficulty focusing or putting energy into your daily routine.
It’s difficult to navigate anxiety alone or with people who simply don’t understand how it impacts your daily life and what goes on in the inner workings of the brain and body. There needs to be a comprehensive plan of action and consistency to solve it at the root and succeed in managing stress and anxiety successfully.
